Safety
Every flight listed on Premiere Flight is operated by a licensed operator, on a certified aircraft, under their national aviation authority regulations. Your card is never charged before takeoff.
Our Standards
Every operator on Premiere Flight holds a valid Air Operator Certificate issued by their national aviation authority and operates under a fully regulated framework. We only work with licensed charter operators.
All aircraft listed on the platform carry a current Certificate of Airworthiness and are maintained in accordance with applicable EASA or FAA regulations.
Every flight is operated by licensed and type-rated flight crew. Crew qualifications, recency, and rest requirements are governed by the operator's AOC and under their national aviation authority regulations.
Your card is saved at booking but nothing is charged until the flight takes off. An authorisation hold is placed 5 days before departure to verify funds. If the operator cancels at any point, the hold is released immediately — you are never charged for a flight that doesn't depart.
Passenger Protection
Booking a private jet empty leg through Premiere Flight comes with clear protections. These are not small print — they are the minimum standard we hold every operator to.
If something goes wrong before or on the day of your flight, our customer care team is reachable by email. We will advocate on your behalf and ensure any authorisation hold is released immediately and the matter resolved without delay.
Report a Concern
